Can’t wait to see your product wearing a decorative coating? We’ll be happy to provide samples for recognized manufacturers and suppliers.

How to Request a Sample Item

1. Call us.

Call (937-376-9343) to discuss your project. We’ll discuss your needs and make a determination about what to sample.

2. Plan ahead.

We have to schedule sample runs in between our production runs for current customers, so may not be able to respond to sample requests immediately. Please allow adequate time for us to complete your samples before presentations, sales events, etc.

3. Select your items.

Select a few items that best represent the range of products you’d like to have decorated. Multiple-part items must be sent disassembled. We’ll complete a reasonable sample at no charge. If you have large, complex or numerous sample needs, we’ll quote you a price.

4. Select patterns.

Visit our website’s list of patterns to look at some options, and talk about your needs with our decorating experts. We can help you make an informed selection based on your cost limitations, size parameters, etc. We have many patterns in stock. If you need to see samples in a special-order film pattern, we can usually get it in about a week.

5. Ship your items.

Ship your sample items via UPS to:

6. Call us.

Call us -- 937-376-9343 -- when you receive your samples and let us know how you like them. We can discuss your samples and plan for your future decorating needs.
